You are a Niagara County resident

You were honorably discuarged from any branch of the United States Armed Forces

Your official discharge papers (DD-214) are on file in the Niagara County Clerk's Office. If not on file, they must be presented for filing prior to card issuance.

You must present a NYS driver's license or non-driver identification showing your Niagara County address.

This card is freed and is a small way to say "Thank You" to all of the Niagara County men & women who have served!
